Text: KEY MARRIAGES IN ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA.
      Clerk's Office, Albermarle County, Virginia.
Marriage Bond: Know all men by these prestes that we, William Bibb Key and Joshua Key are held firmly bound unto the commonwealth of Virginia, in the just sum of Fify Pounds to which payment well and freely to be made we bind ourselves jointly and severally our joint and several heirs firmly by these presents sealed with seals and dated this 23rd day of December, 1782.
The condition of this obligation is such that whereas there is a marriage suddenly to be solemnized between Willam Bibb Key and Mourning Clark (Spinster) daughter of Christopher Clark both of Albemarle County, now if there is no just cause to obstruct the same then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in force.
