    5. Abbrev: John C. Bradford Genealogy
      Author: John Collyer Bradford
Publication: Never published (Date of 1933 on page one)
Leslie "Pete" Bradford, who knew John Collyer, said he traveled extensively and had an attorney help him gather information. He visited andwrote living relatives for family information. Unfortunately, he did not document his sources. The copy of the hand-written manuscript I possess, has been altered by someone other than the author. Some of the information, as we know it today, is inaccurate. It was poorly copied resulting in loss of data and page numbers. I have given the manuscriptpage numbers (following closely the original) in order to compile anindex. The maunusccript is valuable however, because the author obtainedinformation directly from respondents--many born and living before 1933.
Much of his data has been verified. Some of the entries in our hand-written copy are not in John's handwriting.t hte
