    • Note: Anne 'was again married in April, 1655, to Everard Fawkner, of Bulwich, Northamptonshire, by whom she had three sons Anthony, Everard, and John and one daughter, Elizabeth, who was married at Utrecht, where she was living with her uncle, Thomas Papillon, of London, then an exile there, to Rev. John Shower, Minister of the English Church at Rotterdam. Before and after his stay in Holland, he was a Congregational Minister in London: before, as Assistant Lecturer in Exchange Alley, and after, as co-Minister with the famous John How, D.D. His wife died in London on 24th August, 1691, leaving one daughter, Ann, her eldest child, who was eventually happily married to Mr. J. Warner.' 1 4 5 3
