    211- March 5, 1790 proved in court 1791

    I Brissy Parish of Granville County, NC being of weak and low of body but of sound and perfect memory do make , constitute, and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Imprimis. I will of all my stud horse to be sold by my executors to pay all such debts as I justly owe.

    Then I bequeath to my beloved son, Noel Parish : 200 acres where on I now Live, A horse, bridle and saddle and my gun and Bed Furniture Then I give and Bequeath to my Son David Parrish the remainder of my lands all over two hundred acres Then I give and bequeath to my beloved wife ; Agga all the remainer of what I now have in posession her life, after to be equally divided between my beloved sons to wit Justice, George, Humphrey, John and David, excepting 10 pounds out of it I give to my Nephew John Parrish. I further will that the monies for my stallion if more than satisfies all my just debts be equally divided between my sons Above mentioned.

    I further constitute and ordain my sons George Parrish, Humphrey Parrish & Justice Parrish, my whole and sole executors of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I here unto set my hand and seal this 5th day of March 1790.

    Executors of will: Sons,George,Humphrey, Justice Parish
    Witnesses: Elisha Shemwell, William Lawrence and Fredrick Nance.

    For Seven Negros.
