Services for Melvin Andrews Crews, 93, of Anniston will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Camp Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Marks and the Rev. David Ginn officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Dryden Funeral Home in charge. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.
Mr. Crews died Thursday at Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Rachel Waters of Anniston and Mrs. Runel Corn of Doraville, Ga.; two sons, Russell Parker of Piedmont and Garland Parker of Anniston; and a sister, Mrs. Jessie Ferguson of Heflin; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be his nephews.
Mrs. Crews was a Cleburne County native and lifelong resident and a member and deacon of Camp Creek Baptist Church.
