Name: Aryeh Leib Goldberg
Birth: in Belogorodka, Volhynia, Ukraine
Orinne telephone interviewed Barry Belgorod about 2002 and all he could remember was "Vilna, Russia", which was what she wrote down. But later research by myself showed Belogorodka, Volhynia, Ukraine, by matching it geographically with nearby areas other family are from:

Additional evidence is 'Golocht' on a ship's manifest document (David Belogorodsky) and 'Galesti' in others, but really meaning 'Galitz' (Galicia), as in that they were Galitzianer Jews, more of an insider Jewish identity rather than a place.

Orinne decided there were undoubtedly more siblings, but they are unknown
Possibly Yeshayahu Leib Kogen was Freda's brother and also brother-in-law. If that is the case then Helen can be also sister to Aryeh, two siblings marrying siblings, a practice not unknown in the shtetl.
Orinne writes about David and Berel: Family legend has it that David Belogorodsky is the brother of Berel Goldberg, with no proof. Until we know for sure, they are placed as full siblings.
I write: Yes its true the names are anagrams of each other
If they had different paternity likely from another husband named Belogorodsky (making them half-brothers).
But it would explain the name difference between brothers.
Also, note that no inherited names are similar between the families
