    To dau.-in-law Elizabeth widow of son Edward, dec'd, use of 350 A. where she now lives, b eing pt. of “Darnall's Grove,” until grandson Samuel son of sd. Edward, arrives at age of 21 , when land on west side of rowling road leading from John Swan's plantation, through plantat ion of sd. son Edward to Queen Ann Town shall be equally divided bet. sd. dau.-in-law and gra ndson Samuel, shd. she not live on her portion it is to pass to sd. Samuel and hrs., shd, sd . grandson die without issue, sd. portion to other two grandsons, Edward and Robert sons of s on Edward, and their hrs.

Priscilla Wicka m and hrs., shd. all three daus. die without issue, sd. lands to grandson Tyler, son of Mar y Baldwin, and hrs. Son-in-law Samuel Pottenger to give the 100 A. of sd. tract to his son, R obert, son of his present wife, dau. Elizabeth. None of hrs. to claim any right or interest i n “Ridgely's and Tyler's Chance” now in poss. of Thomas Fowler's hrs. Exs. empowered to sel l 105 A. of land mortgaged by Thomas Rickets, of A. A. Co., in case sd. Rickets does not pa y mortgage.
