The I892 Account Books of the factory show that Charles Harmony Blay supplied 498 gallons of milk at threepence halfpenny a gallon for the month of March. He received a cheque for seven pounds five shillings and threepence. The butter was taken from the factory to Goulbourn in a four wheeled cart pulled by two or four horses. The price of the items purchased was deducted from his monthly cheque.

There was an old house of five rooms and a kitchen roofed with iron, in rather bad repair and a small shed. The livestock consisted of 2 draught horses, 15 dairy cows and a pony.
