    Three marriages: (1) to Judah Gregory - they had at least two children, Samuel and Sarah; and (2) to Henry Wakely (or Wakelee) in 1649, one of the first settlers of Stratford, CT., and (3) to Luke Hitcock.
    Sarah Burt's sister, Mercy Burt, married Judah Wright, and they had a daughter, Mercy Wright who was born in 1669. Mercy Wright married Samuel Allen. One of Mercy and Samuel Allen's grandsons was Ethan Allen of "Green Mountain Boys" and Ticonderoga fame, and who accepted Delaplace's surrender in lieu of Benedict Arnold. Another grandson was Ira Allen, a noted Vermont citizen, who in 1789, by a gift of L4000, founded U. of Vermont.
