the Executors of the Estate. Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of attest (can't read signature) (can't read signature) Henry Mohler (Seal)
    (can't read signature)

NOTE: Hopper, Seamore (along with Hopper, Charles; Hopper, Archibald; Molder, Valentine; Molder, Henry) on "A List of Polls and Taxable property in the bounds of Captain Thomas Morris Company of Malitia Returned to Court by William Parkinson Esquire for the year A.D. 1810". This list is found on
    p. 44 in: "Grainger Co. Tennessee, Federal Census of 1810, Population Schedule (3rd Census) and County Tax Lists for 1810", edited by Pollyanna Creekmore; LDS Church Family History Library, Salt Lake City, UT. [Film #1036438 Item #30]. [DOC.HOP.35]
(Seamore would have been 23 years old, but his brothers, Charles [16] and Archibald [5] would have been too young to be on a tax list. Charles, the father would have been 47 years old, so it was probably Charles, the father.
Further research may prove that Charles, the father has a brother Archibald, and perhaps even a Seamore.)
