Hoyt 10 DEC 1908 in Greene County, Iowa, son of Joseph David Hoyt and Nancy Jane Jackson. He was born 27 FEB 1884 in Guthrie County, Iowa, and died 30 SEP 1963 in Carroll County, Iowa.
	Children of Clara Jane Allen and Delmer L. Hoyt are:   2   i. Lester H. Hoyt was born 28 SEP 1911, and died 31 MAR 1996 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He married Esther L. Harding 9 OCT 1938 in Iowa City, Johnson County, Iowa. She was born 11 DEC 1915, and died 26 JUN 1982 in Indianapolis, Indiana.   3   ii. Gladys V. Hoyt was born 14 NOV 1917, and died 4 JUN 1964 in Polk County, Iowa. She married Howard W. Hedges 28 NOV 1938 in Greene County, Iowa. He was born 20 OCT 1913, and died 8 APR 2005 in Greene County, Iowa.
