Lois M. Reynolds, 69, of Reno, Nev., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday,
March 30, 1995, in a Reno hospital after a short illness. Services: 2 p.m.
Wednesday, Kuba Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and
after 9 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Bill Harnish will officiate. Burial: Morrison
Cemetery, Hiawatha. Survivors include her husband, Dale; three sons, Dale
M. of Wichita, Kan., and Galen and Joe, both of Reno; two daughters, Darlene
Poole of Reno and Connie Lamberson of Cedar Rapids; a sister, Ella Brackett of
Center Point; and three brothers, Franklin S., Ernest and William Varner, all of
Cedar Rapids. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren and numerous nieces and
nephews. Born Aug. 31, 1925, in Cedar Rapids to William and Rosella Snodgrass
Varner, she married Dale R. Reynolds there on July 12, 1944. They celebrated 50
years together. Lois and Dale moved to Reno in June 1968
