    On the marriage certificate the occupation of Catherine's father was written as farmer and Sylvester's father was a flannel manufacturer. Also the name on the certificate was Cushon "described in the certificate as Sylvester Cushing". They were married in St Albans Roman Catholic church Liverpool. Anastasia was born in 1800 making her four years old at the marriage. Residence at the time of marriage was 13 Broom Street, later to be called Denbeigh Street.
