    JOHN MAUTRAVERS, son and heir, probably succeeded his father about 1262. He was going to Ireland in July 1280, and probably stayed there some time; in October 1294 he was summoned for military service against the Welsh. He married Joan. He died shortly before 28 February 1296/7.
