    Christian and Anna lived Murray Bridge, South Australia. He was a farmer, and the records of Wittwers Mill in Handorf show that he sold wheat to the mill in 1880 and again in 1890/91. Christian owned and farmed a considerable amount of land in
    Murray Bridge, where the racing track now stands and surrounding it, being passed down to his son Christian, who built the race track.
  • Note: Christian Sn was admitted to Adelaide Hospital (no 429) 3 march 1877, aged 39 years, with a dislocation of the humerus, discharged 12 days later.
  • Note: Death notice: RITTER on the 8th March 1921 at his daughters residence (Miss T Ritter) Murray bridge, Frederick Ritter, in his 84th year. At Rest.
