    ELKINS - Lucy O'Neal, 89, of Elkins died Sept. 1, 2009, at Fayetteville City Hospital. She was born Feb. 19, 1920, at Japton to Henry and Amanda Eubanks McChristian.

    Survivors include a son, Larry O'Neal of Elkins; a daughter, Janice Hamilton of Prairie Grove; a sister, Katy Couch of Japton; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery near Elkins.
