E.M. SYLVESTER:
He was a Mason. He was buried in the Caison-Heath Cemetery in Rusk County,
Texas. This old abandoned cemetery is located in the Pleasant Grove
Community near the Cherokee County line. It is south of Highway 79 towards
Lake Striker. Turn off a dirt road into the woods. Larkin Caison and wife
Sarah Stubblefield Caison came about 1839 from Tennessee, and Sarah's grave
bears the earliest death date 1861. (1963)
