Hi Venita,  I hope this helps.  The William you mentioned is in  fact
Willmus-12-Jan-1685.  His father's name was William Wilkinson, from  Nappaie Fflate,  
who married an Ann Dobson of Paiethorne on 2-Jly-1661in  Gisburn. As far as I
can see they had seven children,
             Ann-b-Sep-1663
             Ellen-b-Jan-1665
             William-Mar-1668
             Alice-Oct-1672
             Georgius-Aug-1679
             Maria-Vigessimo nono die Martij
             Willmus-12-Jan-1685.
As you can see Willmus had a brother called William 17 years older than  
himself. I'm sorry I can't tell you what happened to the family unless, they all  
moved the two and a half miles away to live in the Bolton-by-Bowland area.The  
problem is, there was a John Wilkinson living at Napper flats at the same
time  as William & Ann, and he also had a big family with similar names to  
Williams children. One thing I can tell you is, 1743 is the  last date in the
Gisburn P.R's of any mention of Wilkinsons from  Nappa.
