    He occupied one-fourth portion of Aughinleyth at Pentecost up to 1546. In 1507, he was the baliff, in 1542, the Sheriff of Cupar Angus. In 1491, he sold land in Achamarkmore to John Stewart, in 1501, he sold land to Eleanore, Countess of Atholl. The baptisms of all children are in the parish register of Cupar Angus. He is buried in Aughinleyth.
