He is married to Stella. Stella is age 24 and born in Illinois as were both her parents. He married Stella Huber in 1916, she was the daughter of Jacob Loren Huber and Hattie Matilda Young. Stella was born 15 June 1895 and died 1 August 1994 in Galesburg, they divorced . Avery married Lillie Swanson in 1926. She was born 27 July 1907 and died 16 March 1971. From The Stark County News, Wednesday, 1 December 1926, LaFayette news Avery King, of Victoria, and MIss Lillie Mae Swanson, of Williamsfield, were married at Galesburg Saturday afternoon, November 20, at 3 o?clock. They will reside on the King farm northeast of Victoria. Mr. King is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ambrose KIng. Avery L. King is found in the 1930 Illinois census, Knox county, Victoria township. He is age 38, a farmer on a rented farm. He was born in Illinois, his father in Ohio, his mother in Pennsylvania. He is married to Lilly M. age 22, she married at age 18. He married first at age 23. Lilly is born in Illinois, her parents in Sweden. They have Betty age 1 and 3 months, born in Illinois. He is buried with Lillie, mother, 1907-1971.
