LETTER FROM BILL COPLEY: There isn?t anything on David McLaughlin in the pension records, or in the state service records. Lydia?s maiden name was Ober. The pension was through her first husband, Israel Hull, whom she married in 1774, had service from 1777-79, and died during the War. David McLaughlin was her second husband.
