1900 Hinesburgh: Joseph Lavigne, born Feb 1836, age 64, born VT, parents born Canada, occupation tin peddler, owns mortgaged home. Adelia A. Lavigne, age 60, married one year, four children and four living.
1910 Hinesburgh: Joseph Lavigne, age 74, has own income, owns mortgage free home. Adelia A. Lavigne, age 71, married 10 years, five children and five living. She must have forgotten Effie had died in 1889.
1920 Hinesburgh & Huntington: Neither appears, so I could probably assume they are both deceased by now. I do recall somewhere in the diaries, probably between 1910 and 1912 "Aunt Deal" visiting Grammie Blanchard and then going on up to her son Frank's house. I'll have to check again.
