Her father was Philetus Phillips born in Plattsburg, N.Y. and her mother was Rosella Lafayette born in Monkton. Burial was in Bristol on December 20th. Medical certificate states that she died at 5:00 A.M. on December 17, 1910 and she was attended from December 2, 1910 to December 17, 1910 and last seen alive by attenandt on December 16, 1910. Cause of death was appenditis
