      Note: The death is recorded in Lincoln, Vermont and I have a copy of it. Gladys was a single white female, who was 4 months and 23 days old. The informant was Mary Phillips of Lincoln, Vermont. Place of burial was in Bristol, Vermont on February 10, 1905. The medical certificate states that she was attended from September 15, 1904 to February 5, 1905 and last seen alive on February 5, 1905 and death occurred at 11:00 P.M. on February 7, 1905. Cause of death was Mal Nutrition. This was signed by W. I. Brandow on February 9, 1905 of Lincoln, Vermont.
