      Note: I have a copy of his death certificate. Philetus Phillips a white 75 years 3 months and 12 days male born on March 17, 1835 in Vermont. His wwas Rose Phillips. His parents were Seth Phillips and Mehitabel Wood. Informant was Nora Phillips of Lincoln, Vermont. Medical Certificate of death states that Philetus died on June 29th, 1910. Chief cause of death was senile debitity contributing to poor arteries and heart tissue. This was signed by H. L. Williamson on June 30-10 of Bristol, Vermont.
