Page: p. 21 Text: Lists John Wheel as "head" and as Shoemaker of Radnorshire, Newbridge. The census was taken in the Parish of Bedwelellty, Town of Tredegar, Hamlet of Uchlawrcoed. He was 47 on the 1871 census which would make his Yob=1824
George Thomas is listed in the 1871 census also. This could have been a brother to Margaret but unsure! He was a boarder - unmarried being 45 years of age = Yob 1826. He too was a shoemaker having been born at Dawlais, Glomorganshire, Wales. Date: 7 AUG 1997
