    generation in 1914 or 1915. SICK (pronounced ZEEK) changed to SISK to avoid
    comments on SICK, which was usually pronounced SIK in USA.

    !Death: Died in SF hospital following surgery for prostate cancer. He was
    cremated, and his ashes scattered in Pacific Ocean by fisherman friends in
    Monterey Bay.
