    Frederick Trimpe, A native of Germany, came into court at August Term18 50 and on his solemn oath declared that it was his "bonafide" intenti on to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce all allegiance to any foreign power or potentate and particularly towards the Assande du ke of Allenburg, Germany

    I Frederick Trimpey of Middlecreek Township, Somerset County, State of Pen nsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publ ish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all fo rmer wills by me at any time made heretofor, and first I direct that my bo dy be decently interred and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corre sponding with my estate and situation in life and to such estate as it ha th pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows: vi z: I give and bequeath to by beloved wife Catherine all my personal esta te for her use so long as she lives and after her death the same to be di sposed of by my executors herein after named and the proceeds divided equa lly among my children.
    And I hereby constitute and appoint my sons John S Trimpey and Ephri am Trimpey executors of this my last will and testament and I do hereby au thorize and empower my said executors or the survivors of them to sign se al execute and acknowlege all such deed or deeds of conveyance as may be r equesite and necessary for the execution and fulfillment of an agreement w ith my son-in-law Wesley K Baker. In witness whereof I Frederick Trimp ey the testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper s et my hand and seal this third day of Septmber 1885.
