Most interesting was document with #39,385, Revy INVALID for Joseph Cross Act. 18th March Index--Vol. 3, Page 105. Two notations: 1915 Apr. 24 history to Mrs. Byron J. Parker and 1946 Apr. 2 history to Mrs. Grover C. Foster. What does this mean? To me, I believe they did not have the correct information when submitting their query. I have a copy of the letter from Mrs. Byron J. Parker and she stated, "Joseph Cross of Massachusetts or New Hampshire, whose wife was Persis Wheeler, and whose daughter Sophia Cross married Robert Parker, Jr."
