        Text: From The Hartford Courant, Sunday, June 15, 1952. Marvin W. Bockus died Sunday in East Hartford, born Mystic. Son of Oscar and Mercy (Kelly) Bockus. He lived in Hartford some 50 years, was a retired painter. He leaves two daughters, Mrs. Bertram F. Butler of Wethersfield and Mrs. Helena A. Legge of W. Hartford; two sons, Guy II and Gordon M. of W. Hartford; a brother Curtis L. of Jacksonville, Fla., six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral on Monday, burial in Mystic, Canada.
