"Richard Water's will makes no mention of the family of daughter Phebe (Waters) West, by then deceased. Also not named is Sarah (Waters) Rea/Ray, who married Joshua Ray at Salem on 26 February 1651 [/2?] and who died Salem on 19 May 1700, aged 70. There is no evidence yet found to connect Sarah to this family other than the coincidence of her surname and the fact that she was of the right age to be the third unidentified child when Richard Waters received his Salem land grant in December 1637."
