SHINN: I like this match up with this husband and father because of the dates yes there was another Margaret Shinn born in NJ. 1846 daughter of nathan Shinn but on the 1850 census Samuels children match this family and sources seem to be well documented. Another source had Samuel born. 1807 son of John Middleton. but his son was born much later. This match up is just guess so take that into consideration.
