Can't find Harvey pre-1910 either. May have been going by a different surname, but I don't know that for sure. I do not descend from this family...Chloe was the daughter of my HALF 2nd Gr-GrandAunt. Following is highly speculative, so nobody should take it as gospel, though I believe it to be fairly accurate based on the records I've seen and sourced.
