Samuel C. Eoff married second Pheobe Beanes on 25 Nov 1869 in Boone Co, AR. His will is recorded in Deed Book C, page 133, Boone Co.

Will of SAMUEL EOFF

I SAMUEL EOFF of Boone Co., & State of Arkansas do hereby make my last
will & testament in manner & form following that is to say I desire that my
real estate be equally devided between my wife and five children herein
afterwards mentioned. I desire that my wife PHEBEE EOFF have her porpationable
interest in the land in the SW corner of my land which is the N 1/2 of the N.E.
of Section 12, township 17, Range 20 containing 77 acres, the remainder I
desire my executors herein after mentioned to sell and to devide the proceeds
equally between my five children herein afterward named. ISAAC EOFF, WM. A.
EOFF, MARGARET McMAHAN, JANE EOFF & CATHERINE WOODDY. I do hereby appoint JOHN D. WOODDY Executor to this my last will & testament. In witness were of I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this the 9th day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy four.
