I am seeking information about Jacob Gantz, b. @1773 who married Mary Rowland (aka Rollin/Roland) - they were married in Washington Co., MD on 8/27/1805. Mary had been born in PA 1773-1786 - she was the daughte r of Jacob Rowland/Roland, b. 1726, Lancaster Co., PA who married Mar y and died in Hagerstown, MD (buried Marsh Head, Washington Co., MD). Jacob and Mary (Rowland) Gantz had 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls, bu t I only know the name of one, Elizabeth Gantz. She was born 9/19/180 8 in Washington Co., MD. By 1821, Mary (Rowland) Gantz was married to Daniel John Eichelberger (b. 1760, Lebonon Co now Lancaster Co., PA). They had three children, the two oldest born in Franklin Co., PA, the last in Ohio.
Daniel and Mary Eichelberger moved with their children, along with Eli zabeth Gantz to Montgomery Co., OH. Elizabeth Gantz married Daniel Dra yer/Dreher (b. 8/27/1809, PA) on 4/1/1831, Montgomery Co., OH They ha d 13 children (which included a set of triplets and a set of twins!) I have some ancestory information about Mary Rowland, but I would real ly like to know the names of Jacob Gantz's parents and ancestory, and the names of their other three children together. If anyone is interes ted in the Drayer line, I have a wealth of information to share.
