    BIRTHPLACE-DEATH-BURIAL: Obituary for James Ire Stidham, Lexington Herald-Leader, 29 March 2009.

    OBITUARY: STIDHAM James Ire, 64, Lexington, husband of Wilma Lee Fugate Stidham, died Sat, March 28, 2009 at his residence. Born in Hazard, he was the son of the late Marshall and Vercy Combs Stidham. He was retired from Elmendorf Farm. Survivors other than his wife include three daughters, Sherry Lynn (Thomas) Ashcraft, Theresa White, and Malina White; four sons, James William Stidham, Irvin White, Jr., Michael White, and Danny White; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchild; and two sisters, Effie Belle Wagers, and Oma Stidham. He was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Wayne Stidham. Funeral services will be 12pm Wed at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Main St. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8pm Tue at the funeral home. (Lexington Herald-Leader, 29 March 2009)
