    DEATH: Injuried in a coal mining accident at Huddy, Pike Co., Kentucky. He died in nearby Williamson, Mingo Co., West Virginia at 9:30 pm on May 29, 1928 (probably taken to nearest hospital). Death due to "mashed thigh, pelvis, abdoman and chest." - ref. death ceertificate.

    BURIAL: Place listed as "Coeburn" on death certificate. Was this Coeburn, Wise Co., Virginia.
