OBITUARY: Brenda Gail Stidham, 53, of Hazard, passed away Sunday, September 6 at the Hazard ARH medical center. She was the daughter of the late Granville Noble and the late Virginia .Hightower Noble. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Earl Edward Noble and sister Lois Jean Smith. She is survived by her husband, Danny Stidham; daughter Laura Necey Stidham; sisters Patricia Caudill, Harriet Gozzola, Margaret Miller, and Patsy Ruth Collins; brother Jerry Noble and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, family and friends. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard where the family received friends on Tuesday, September 8. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 9 with Grant Fraley officiating. Interment will be at Miller Cemetery located at Grapevine. (Hazard Herald, 9 Sep 2009)
