    OBITUARY: Georgia L. [4152] Robison, 87, of Independence, Missouri, passed away on October 19, 2009. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at Meyers Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held in the chapel at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 22, 2009. Burial will follow at Blue Springs Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart & Stroke Association. Georgia was born on February 7, 1922 in Lead Mine, Missouri., the daughter of Charlie S. [1954] and Della D. (Henderson) Stidham. She was united in marriage to Ralph D. Ash on January 11, 1942, in Macks Creek, Mo. She married Bobby D. Robison in 1965. Georgia worked for many years as a Housekeeper for the Park Place Hotel. She loved to play solitaire and listen to country music. Georgia was a very independent, loving person and will truly be missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, son, Bennie Lee Ash, five sisters and one brother. Georgia leaves behind her sons, Jay Dea Ash & wife, Linda of Grovetown, Georgia, Gary Dean Ash of Independence, Missouri; daughter-in-law, Donna Ash of Blue Springs, Missouri; grandchildren, Steve, Lori, Michael, Tina, Annamarie, Jonathan, Timothy, Daniel, and eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
