    BIOGRAPHY: Anna [16] Stedham was raised by Rev. Ericus Björck who boarded with Lulof [2] Stedham at the time the "Old Swedes Church" was built. Rev. Björck took Anna (about age 16) to Sweden in 1714 with his family. He wrote: "The day I started my long voyage, from here to Sweden, with my dear wife Christina [age 28, Peter Stalcop's daughter], and my children Tobias, Magdalena, Catherina, Christina and Maria with my brother-in-law, John Cornelius Vanderver and wife, and a fatherless child, Ann, Lylof Stedham's daughter who has lived with me from infancy." (HTC, p. 169.)
