      Text: William C. Maxwell wrote his will 3 Feb 1844. proved 29 May 1844,
      recorded Amite will Bk. 1-267 and in it names his daughter Martha G.
      Maxwell. Casey, in his Vol. 3, p.325, File 121 of the loose probate
      papers, states the final settlement was made April Term 1860 and among
      the legatees was Martha G. Cain and C. C. Cain her husband who reside in
      AR.
