The undersigned property owner hereby request the Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation to extend its gas mains along Main Street in the Town of Cornwall, Orange County, New York, so that gas service may be available for use in connection with his property on said street and the undersigned hereby agree for himself, his heirs and legal representatives to permit the company, its successors and assigns to install and maintain gas mains permanently in the highways adjoining said premises and to grant any further rights that may be necessary for this purpose.
Harry Hancon and May M. Hancon, his wife to Cornwall National Bank a banking corporation. Mortgage dated May 23, 1932, Ack. May 23, 1932, Rec. May 25, 1932, Book 653, page 576:
To secure two thousand one hundred and fifty dollars, payable on demand with interest as a continuing collateral security for the payment of a certain note and all and every renewal or extensions of the whole or any part of said note and also as a continuing collateral security for the payment of all and every note or notes and any and all renewals and extensions of said notes &c. the maximum amount secured by this mortgage and bond accompanying the same will not exceed $2150. in any event.
