A directline female descendant has submitted their DNA for mtDNA testing. The results from this test shows that Drupina was a Haplogroup H7. The mtDNA Haplogroup H is a Eurasian Haplogroup. It is believed to make up 40-50% of the mtDNA lineages in Western Europe, but becomes less common as you travel east.

This test was done with Family Tree DNA and the Kit No. is 131546.

The FGS mega upgrade was ordered and shows Drupina's Haplogroup is H7. When the results from this upgrade was compared to a decendant of Margarett Rogers (daughter of Everett Rogers) it was a perfect match. Therefore, Drupina was the daughter of Everett and his first unknown wife. Drupina and Margarett Rogers shared the same mother which means that the children born in the time period between Drupina's birth abt 1797 and Margarett's birth abt 1813 all shared the same mother.
