My paternal great grandparents, the Sandbergs and Hallstroms, emigrated from Sweden in the 1880s and settled in what is now Pennington County, Minnesota. My database includes many families from Thief River Falls, Minnesota. On my mother's side, the Floyers are an ancient English West Country family. Much of my database deals with the genealogy of Devon, Dorset and Cornwall.

    Dear Tim
    I have just come across your web site I can give you some correct information about Thomas Henry Vyvyan and Mary Ellen Salisbury (correct spelling). Ella, as she was known, was the sister of my great grandfather. They emigrated to New Zealand in 1853. Five of their children were born in N.Z. They returned to England in 1867. I know this is correct as I have a book written by Aunt Ella to two of her nephews that was published in 1895. I think it was just a private family publication

    Elizabeth Salisbury born 9 Nov 1859 in N.Z.
    Robert Trefusis Born N.Z 19 May 1865
    Anna Constance born 10 Nov 1868 in England died 18 August 1878
    Henrietta born 2 May 1871 in England Died 16 Feb.1876

    I would like to trace any descendants of these children
