Note: Pierceton Record. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wiseman of near Pierceton, entertained 24 for dinner at their home. An elaborate dinner was served by the hostess and a delightful time was had by all the guests, which were as follows: Mr. & Mrs Comfort and two daughters, of Boston, Mass; Mrs. Ward Snyder of Dayton, Mr. & Mrs. Sam Wiseman and Mrs. Goldie Kline [Quine] and three daughters of near Warsaw; Charles Wiseman and wife and five children; Miss Jennie Hover, and Mr. & Mrs. Henry Wiseman and family.

Note: Warsaw Daily Union Henry Wiseman, aged 87, died at 10 p.m. Friday at his home at Barbee Lakes of heart trouble. He had been ill since November. He was born in Indiana, March 13, 1859, son of Charles and Naomi Bray Wiseman. He had lived for 66 years in the vicinity of Barbee Lakes. He was a farmer and member of the Morris Chapel church. Surviving are his widow, Laura, to whom he was married in 1883; a son Howard, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Stella Mow, of North Manchester, and five grandchildren.
