    Debra, I am researching the McBurnetts of Carroll County, GA also. Trying to locate family of Mary Elizabeth McBurnett married a Baxter (possibly Marion) in 1908 in Carroll County. I think they lived around the community of Jake. Found a William A. McBurnett 1849-1913 & Sarah E. McBurnett 1849-1938 buried at Union Campground/Union United Methodist Church Cemetery in Carroll County, along with Margaret Luncindy McBurnett 1858-1936. Any idea who these people are?
    Any info. on this family appreciated.
