      A memorial service will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, 1995, at 4211 N.E. Siskyou St. in Portland.

      Mrs. Carroll died Aug. 10 at age 94.

      She was born June 14, 1901, in Philadelphia.

      She and her husband, James, established a real estate office in the Powellhurst District.

      She was a member of the Kern Park Christian Church.

      Surviving are her daughter, Elayne A. Spencer of Portland; son, Elton Ralston of Portland; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

      Private interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Park.

      Remembrances: American Diabetes Association, Oregon affiliate.

      Arrangements: Lincoln Memorial Park Funeral Home.
