He was the husband of Olive Mona Jean (Pittman) Younker, whom he married December 24, 1949.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters: Diann L. Dargusch, Fairfax, Va.; Cecelia M. Pines,?Fairfax, Va.; brothers: Eldon P. ?Younker, Mercersburg; Edward H.??Younker, Warfordsburg; Maurice C.?Younker, Mercersburg; Vaughn H. ?Younker, Falling Waters, W.Va.; Carl?T. Younker, Big Cove Tannery; Darrell Leon Younker, Mercersburg; sisters: Marlene M.?Hill, McConnellsburg; Connie I. Booth,?Warfordsburg; Barbara A.?Deneen, Hancock; and Argyle V. Sensel, Hagerstown; and grandson?Joseph M. Pines,?Centerville, Va.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Younker.
Funeral services were held at Howard L.?Sipes Funeral Home Inc., McConnellsburg, at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 11. Pastor William?Bair officiated. Burial was made in Damascus Christian Cemetery, Big Cove Tannery.
