In 1749 John Emich, Nailsmith, sold the Manchester Twp land to his son John Emig, Yeoman, or farmer.

Inquest awarded.

Margaret dau. of Michael Welsch, John son of John Emig Sr. Out of a 5th share of her whole estate which by a former will she had designated for her son Valentine, she directs that part bve used for her funeral expenses and the balance given to German Presbyterian Church.
