    1. Text: "Jacob Dicob, who has been confined in the Ogdensburg State Hospital for the past year, passed away at that institution Monday afternoon. His remains were brought to his home in Kirschnerville Tuesday morning. His funeral services were held from St. Stephen's church at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning. Mr. Dicob was a highly respected resident of the town of New Bremen, and was born in that town 58 years ago. He held the office of assesor for several terms. Besides his widow he is survived by a son and three daughters. The sympathy of the community is extended to the bereaved family."
